Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking link, please allow up to 24 hours for the link to update with the courier. You can also track your order via the Track Your Order page. If you still require assistance, please provide your order number and query below.

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date of posting for returns to be received by our distribution centre and processed. Our customer care team are unable to investigate your return until the 14th working day has passed. You will be notified by email once the return is actioned and can expect the refund within 3-5 working days of receiving this. If you have not been notified and 14 working days have passed, we would suggest contacting us on webchat. Please note you will be asked to provide proof of postage.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel any orders, however, we do offer free UK returns. For more information please check our returns policy.

Items must be unused, have the label attached and in a resaleable condition. Remember to enclose your dispatch note in the parcel. You can register your return via the UK and International links on our dedicated Return Page.
